    Description of issue

    Hi,

    In the Console version, the rules with homegrown players (min 4 in matchday squad) aren't there, but the rule is there in the base game on PC.

    Hello, not all league rules that are on PC are going to be in the Console version of FM. 

    As FM Console is a streamlined version.

    @Sebban - While this change may be a minor one, it's likely the one change in the Console build will have a knock-on effect on other aspects of the game which is why the decision was made.
