Save game can't be synchronized with the cloud

We haven't received reports of this to date so it suggests it may be an issue affecting just yourself. Have you checked to ensure you are connected to the internet on the console?

Xbox also have some direct support which may be more appropriate as it's an Xbox issue rather than FM.

I have the similar problem. The game can be played offline if it is ticked on Xbox app in Windows. The game always prompts me to choose one of it to load the save games. Either from PC or Cloud. Now, i have a problem with it which does not allow me to see the Cloud save game files after I had chosen to load from Pc from the pop up that is shared above. Although I play the game itself in English, as my Windows is Turkish the popup appears in Turkish language, I think the user above has a French windows.
