If you have encountered a gameplay bug, then it is really helpful if you can provide a save game (ideally from before the event occurs if possible)
Please follow the steps below to access and send us your save file:
1) On Windows 10/11 open the Microsoft Store
2) Sign into your Microsoft account, launch Football Manager 2024 Console (this will start to sync data across from the console)
3) Once the title launches, load the necessary save file from the 'Load Game' or 'Load Last Game' dialog
4) Once the save has loaded, please minimize the game and go to the following: C:\Users\YOUR.NAME\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024 Console\Temporary
5) Within the Temporary folder you will find the save (please note that the save and information will disappear soon after opening)
6) Copy the save file from the folder to another location (for example the desktop)
7) Upload the save file to our SI Cloud Service
