  • Can't return to start screen if there is a "Must Respond" action

    Description of issue

    Replicable Issue, I've added the save below. As the title says, I can't go back to the start screen till I deal with the contract offer, I have to actually click on it in the inbox for it to say "Must Respond" in the top right and then I can't return to the start menu, seems to be any "Must Respond" issue since if I let my DoF handle it, it still doesn't come to a resolution and if I click on that "Unable to agree..." item, the same bug appears.
