I'd wanted to filter staff by the job they have applied for at my club, that has worked as shown in screenshot 1, however I wanted to export this data so I also allocated the column 'job applied for' but as you can see from the second screenshot - this does not populate with it's corresponding information - these two requests are one and the same thing. Why is this information not being displayed correctly in the column when it is being handled correctly in the filter? is it possible for this to be fixed?
