Options stuck when offering out players for loan

for example cant untick can be recalled can play against parent team etc

Looking at your save you are in the Malta league with a custom add on.

I'm guessing the transfer rules have not been fully setup or have those locked for all loans.

You were in a different you should be able to adjust those options for your players.
