In the 76th minute, having used all their substitution windows during the match, Huddersfield are reduced to 10 players when Wiles comes off injured.
In the Dugout feed later on, I got a notification saying "Huddersfield Town have made a substitution", showing that Wiles had been substituted for... nobody, obviously. I feel that a different notification should pop up here when an injury forces a team to go a player down.
