Description of issue
When you hit the "make offer" for some player and the transfer fee is negotiated, this line gets the orange border. But there's not enough height set so the bottom line of the border is not visible.
I'm using a 15' laptop screen with 1920x1080 resolution, both in-game and Windows zoom 100%. It happens in both full mode and windowed mode.
