Description of issue
I have started a new game in 'Your World' mode, I have not progressed beyond season 1.
For all clubs in the game, staffing changes are no longer accurately reflected in the 'Transfer History' tab for any club in the game (including my own).
To recreate this error, simply start a new game in 'Your World' mode, take over a team and perform staffing changes.
