I think this translation is incorrect.
"ロッカールームトーク" is generally means talks between players.
Furthermore, a word of "ロッカールーム" (dressing room) is inappropriate when a manager is talking to substitutions on the pitch.
I feel "チームトーク" (literally "Team Talk") is better although it is not so common in Japanese but there are definitely people who use it.
