Description of issue
On my save, after a few seasons a B Team appeared on the Dev Center, but I don't remember ever creating the team at the end of each season or asking the board. However, the Club for the B Team doesn't exist (checked in the editor) so I can't hire staff for this B Team and it will probably never be able to get promoted to a playable league. Unlike other B Teams on the league, an affiliation link to the parent club also doesn't exist.
I can find other B Teams (ex: SLB B, Sporting CP B) in the editor and change them but Águeda B doesn't exist and can't be edited.
Is there any way to fix this either by removing the B Team of creating the Club?
