Description of issue
So i have a RTX 3050 , i5-12500h laptop with 5 stars graphics rating. In the menus it is very laggy, the mouse feels very slow, some pages take longer to load, bad frametimes. In game though I get solid 60 fps even with the highest graphic configuration. I noticed that while using the menus my cpu and gpu don't even reach 10% usage. I've tried a lot of fixes like locking to 60 fps, disabling gsync (which my monitor dont even support), disabling vsync, am using all nvidia control panel settings to be maximum performance, tried removing skins and graphics ad-ons... In previous games I got solid fps in the menus but now I only get in the match experience.
