Human not allowed to do registration for upcoming Serie B campaign

Wouldn't say this is an issue, because you aren't the manager of Juventus Next Gen.

Not really, you are the Juventus first team manager, but you have given yourself some Juventus Next Gen responsibilities, but that doesn't make you the direct Juventus Next Gen Manager. 

Managing the first team as well,....is this really relevant?

Do you think that the person who manages a first team and a B team, would have no say over which players would be able to be registered for the B team?
Even if a manager only managed the first team, he'd undoubtedly have some say over who is registered by the B team. 

In this save, who is making the decision on B team registration?
