loss of automatic European spots

i also noticed that czeck republic and slovakia and the top two for qualification allocation places, when i don't even have those leagues loaded. Spain is now 32

This would have been caused one of your custom files you have in that save file, so unfortunately there isn't anything we can do in this instance.
