    Description of issue

This is to do with club reputation not being dynamic enough.

Scenario: In this save attached a newgen manager called Luke Jacobs (if you search for him) overachieves with Kidderminster and gets back to back promotions going from National League to League One. He then leaves Kidderminster in October in their first season in League One to take a job at Bromley in League Two simply because they have a slightly higher reputation.

you can see by bromley and kidderminsters histories what league they were in at the time of Luke Jacobs' job change

    Doesn't seem right at all.

It would be like Rob Edwards of Luton last year suddenly quitting and taking a job at Sunderland or Watford cos they're technically bigger clubs with high reputation
