    Description of issue

    This is my first FM bug report so apologies if it's in the wrong spot/incomplete.

     

    As shown in the screenshot and title, after a man of the match performance by Jovane Cabral in an international friendly, a news article calls for his loan to his international team to become permanent. At the time of this article, he has 9 caps and 1 goal at age 25, so if it meant for him to commit to Cape Verde, I believe international rules already have him stuck with Cape Verde for life. I will attach the save file as well, the article was by "The African Football Post" and actually is 3rd from last on the articles list on the in-game details for that publication.

     

    Please let me know of anything else needed!
