Hi, occasionally I get a story about a transfer rumour or story. No matter the fee, if it's about an English player or an English club, it states that the fee to be paid would be the highest ever for an English player.
Steps to Reproduce - An AI club makes a transfer offer to another AI club. You receive a story about this in your inbox in the News tab. (sorry if this is a big screenshot).
