Description of issue
- End of season 1 the board said they are going to expand the stadium c.7000 seats (IIRC) at end of season 2
- End of season 2, the board cancel their plans because of financial issues. However, just a couple of weeks later the board have close to 100mill in the bank through normal new season revenues (not transfers)
- During season 3, board say they will expand stadium by c.5000 seats
- At end of season 3 this expansion has not happened, and I get a new message saying board will expand by 1,500 seats
The save is a couple of days before this message generates
