    Description of issue

    Hello

    We won the D4 the first season as a semi-professional club. Problem during my second season for D3 registration in Spain: you need a minimum of 18 players on full-time contracts. 
    However, my club is still semi-professional, my directors have refused to go professional (despite a €1,000,000 budget) and I can't offer full-time contracts (only part-time and without a contract).
