    Description of issue

    I cant registrate my first team for the first qualification round of the europa league. If I read the rules it says, that I can registrate my team on the 5th of July. But i dont get an registration form for my team. If I go to squad and then push on the button registration. On the bottom of that window can you read "changes cannot be confirmed outside the registration window" But its the 5th, when i can normally make my registrations. Is there something what im doing wrong?
