Description of issue

Hi i am unable to update my fm 2024 to patch 24.2.1 can someone assist? i have deleted my fm 2024 everything and reinstalled yet its still the same. What going on? look at the attachment its still 24.0.0.

Please do something thank you

Hello the 24.0 is the latest database we have.

The 24.2 is the Game Version. Which is different to database.
