Description of issue
I started my career as an unemployed Manager without any badges and as Sunday League Footballer. In December I finally got approached by the Ukrainian Team Obolon Kyiv who play in the Top Division of Ukraine. They were bottom of the league with 4 Points in 15 Games and were favorites to get relegated. I signed the contract with the aim to attempt to avoid relegation. I managed 7 games and got 12 points out of those 7 games and put the club back into the fight to stay in the League. Although I got "A´s" and "B´s" as Grades for most of the Matches, the Board Confidence now got down to the Grade "E" and I´m about to get sacked. I think it´s because of the low Reputation I got, because in the Dynamic Section it says that my managerial support is abysmal. So I don´t know if this is a bug, but after those results I should not have Grade "E" as my board feedback.
