Not sure if this is a bug or not. Took over at Moyola Park in the Northern Irish Intermediate League mid-season. Put out job postings for both DOF and Asst. Manager, and neither role has been able to attract any applicants. Never had this happen before in previous versions, regardless of the level I was playing at. Is this by design? Worth noting that the other job postings I put our attracted multiple applicants without issue.
