No problem, uploaded that version again, but I have since progressed the game:

Managed to get employed at a club after disabling "Vanarama National" and "North/South" since I avoided those 2 levels (kept them active for sending out future players on loan), and after becoming U21 Euro Runner-up and quitting U21 national team job.
Now that the new lowest level was Sky Bet, went on holiday and applied for jobs, got offers from Portsmouth and Cittadella soon after.
Was the deal maybe that, based on the reputation, it "wanted" me to get jobs at the lowest reputation clubs possible, while not communicating properly that my reputation is the problem?
