  • No notification when B-Team staff leaves

    Description of issue

    I dont know if this was ever said, but I have come to an point where I need to say it. Why I dont get a message when a B-Team staff member goes to an other club or gets an offer from an other club like you get for your first and youth team? Do I miss something in the options or something like that? Cause now I saw that almost half my B-Team leaved within 2 months and I didnt notice until the season was over. So why dont I get a message?
