    Description of issue

    I currently manage Chesham in Conference South. My club vision was to avoid relegation and I currently sit in 12th. 

    My manager's performance is A+ and the board believes I'm doing an unbelievable job. I have now received an email saying: 

    "The board wish to hold a meeting with you regarding your position at the club. 

    Your performance hasn't been good enough and your position is under serious threat. 

    Failure to attend the meeting will result in the board terminating your contract with the club."

     

    I believe i should not have received this email from the board.
