Description of issue
Those teams fired their Managers in the end of the season:
The new season is close to start and they do not appoint any other manager, their players are on vacation mode but is in this time of year the clubs make all their planning and choose their market targets
It's seems that FM wait the training season start to appoint a Manager and this is unreal because the manager should be envolved in pre-season decisions. the game should predict this and make them make faster decisions for a new manager and not spend one month without anyone specially because are teams from top leagues.
