    My Technical director is in charge of hiring my U21's and U18's staff,

     

    He has a judging staff ability attribute of 18 and yet he is making some very poor staff acquisitions. Not sure if this is a bug but thought I'd raise it all the same, just in case.

    It seems like they decide what staff to hire based on reputation. They don’t actually look at the attributes.  I’ve had my technical director emailing me weekly for years telling me to replace my 20 physio with a 11 physio. Likely because the 11 psyio has higher rep.

    Unfortunately, I can't provide the file you need as I'm too far into the future. Best I can do Is Feb 2024.
