Description of issue

Whenever I try to sign a decent performance analyst or a transfer analyst, they demand over 10k/week. Some even up around 20k. That's seems a VERY salary high for that kind of role, especially as a GK coach with minimum 17 in GK-coach traits demand around 3k/week.
