Description of issue
Playing as Gateshead manager in Vanarama National, no Physios on staff.
Every single Physio, regardless of ability (even if it is 2!) wants £21K minimum salary. Board only allows £13K despite finances OK and little/no issues recruiting other staff. Board refuses to increase salary range for Physios. No amount of bonus clauses makes any difference even to the most ridiculously lowly skilled potential staff members.
Putting in an advertisement comes back with "no applicants", presumably because we are offering such a low salary.
Now stuck with a season with no Physio, no ability to recruit one, no Recovery Sessions possible, and untreated injuries galore.
Unsure if this is a bug or "feature", but it beggars belief that a professional football club could not stump up the money to pay for someone to strap some ankles.
Easily repeatable by starting a season with Gateshead and trying to hire a Physio. Tried 3 separate times with new games just to see if there was some weird initial RNG going on.
