    Description of issue

    I am manager of Raith Rovers, just took over mid season, but i am having to manager under 18 games and am unable to delegate this responsibility to anyone else. 

    I am assuming this is because i have no under 18 staff, however i am unable to hire any, get no option to offer someone that job, just gives me the option to offer first team and reserve roles, not under 18. I also have no option for board interaction where i can ask for budget for 18 staff or increase number of under 18 staff. 

    Is there a workaround for this?
