Qualified for both Asian Continental Competitions

Thank you for flagging this, do you have a save file from before the season update day (i.e. before the latest season schedules) or before the continental competitions are drawn?

I had the exact same issue while managing in thailand (won the league, did not win/reach final of any cup, qualified for the CL through the league, but also qualified for the cup for some reason), I was using a lot of editor files but only for a few AFC countries and some international comp. stuff, not sure if it will be findable even but I can have a look for the save. The bug was definitely present in this exact form though, I did have A-League loaded as a playable league with no editor changes for it.

Has OP's file been looked at?

I do not, sorry. The save file I uploaded is from when I realized what happened. 

No problem at all, we're still looking for examples of this so will keep it open in the meantime in case another user is able to replicate it.
