  • African youth players not receiving work permit

    Description of issue

In Denmark, teams such as Nordsjaelland produce young players from Ghana and Ivory coast for example. The problem is that they aren't given work permits so they can't play games. The league says that these African countries count as EU. But they still need work permits which is wrong. They should be able to play without receiving a work permit.

Hello, if possible could we please get a save file from just before a player that would meet these parameters is to be signed (or bid for), thank you.

Having the same issue, but don't have the file right now

    To reproduce:

    1. Wait for the youth intake with FCN

    2. Offer a youth player from GHA or CIV a contract (NOT the youth, a full time contract) with wage lower than 975e per week

    3. He will sign it, but fail WP and be ineligible to play

    Hi @SkaldfraNorden

Thanks for raising this to us, if you are able to provide us with a save file with an example at the ready that would be ideal for us, thank you.

You do not need the save file for thia. This issue is for each and every save and needs to be fixed.

Correct. Each and every save. African players shouldn't come through the FCN Academy anyway, because that's not what happens in real life. In real life, they go to FCN when they are 18.  That needs to be changed in the base game, IMO.
