  • Capacity of stadium not allowed in prem

    I am Eastbourne Borough, just got into the prem 2030. Rules insist min capacity 5k and min seated is 5k. Eastbourne have 5k+ cap but seated 2.1k . 

    This should result in upgrades or a groundshare, however it has continues as is and I still receive full attendance every home game in the prem. 

    I don't seem to be able to upload the save file, it just looks like it isn't enforcing the seated rule or I am misinterpreting the rules.
