When the champion of the youth league is different from the teams qualified for the league phase, this team qualifies for the first knockout phase. In the attached game San Jose is classified, but Manrresa appears classified again.

The 32 clubs competing on the UEFA Champions League route will be those that participate in the group stage of the senior competition. They are joined by the 32 national youth champions of the highest-ranked associations whose senior team has not qualified for the group stage of the Champions League: these clubs will participate in the national champions route. If the senior team of a national youth champion has qualified for the group stage of the Champions League, the vacant place will be filled by the national youth champion of the next participating association.
