    Description of issue

    When I go to the Gibraltar Football League rules page i see an area for Brexit Rules in the Work Permit Rules section that does not make sense.

    I've never seen any indication in game that i need to apply for a work permit when buying players so i think it it's not working for "real" managers but due to some strange things with loans i believe that the AI managers are following the rule.
