Hi Zachary, genuinely curious any sense of how it's meant to be? I've scoured the web trying to make sense of it, but I can't see anything obvious on the English speaking web. Should the teams have received a bye in the relegation playoff? 

Also, any sense of why leivadeikos and Tilykratis switched divisions?
