    Description of issue

In 2022, there was a change to the format of the Irish U19 National League. At present, the game has an older format where the top 4 of both groups then go into a knockout phase to determine the winner (included in screenshot).

As detailed below on pages 2 (in screenshot as well) and 7, teams play 1 round of fixtures in Phase 1 and then 2 rounds in Phase 2, with Phase 2 including a Tier 1 (where the overall winners are found) and Tier 2 (where the team with the highest points total are Shield Winners)

There were some small alterations to the format for the 2023 season to account for the addition of 2 more clubs. Teams still play 1 round of fixtures in Phase 1, but 4 teams in each group progress to Phase 2 Tier 1 (8 total) while 7 play in their respective groups Phase 2 Tier 2 (14 total). Both Tiers in Phase 2 involve 2 rounds of fixtures.
