Second teams for Serie A teams

It can't happen in FM as Serie A clubs can create a second team in Serie C only when there's a free spot for a Serie C club going bankrupt

no,any italian club in serie A can create a second team if they provide sufficient financial securities (often better than a normal team just promoted to Seie C, because of the semi-pro>pro financial status change). Anyway, if inserting them directly in serie C could be a problem, would be nice to have the opportunity to create one and be inserted in one of the minor regional leagues. (like when you play with the german teams); with a custom db that make those leagues playable (like those that appeared for the previous versions), the game would be much more interesting.

Sorry but it's not the way it worked.

They could not play in regional divisions (if Juve or Atalanta u23 are relegated IRL, they will not play in Serie D 24/25) and none additional team can be registered in Serie C unless an existing Serie C club got bankrupt first (Atalanta got Siena's spot. If all Serie C teams managed to register for this season, Atalanta would not be able to enter their u23 side).
