    Description of issue

    Starting the 2028 season with Alteños Tepas in the Expansion League. IRL promotion to the First Division is suspended until 2026. I'm not sure if its gonna kick in later in the game but as of 2028 in the game year there still a promotion system for that season or for the 2029 season.

    forgot to mention, promotion into the First Division is determined from the overall points from the two halves of the season. the team with the highest number of points is promoted, while the team with the lowest overall points in the first division is relegated to the expansion league (second division)
