    Description of issue

    Hello, I wanted to start a new save and go for a Pentagon Challenge, but when searching for CONCACAF Champions League, there is none. It doesn't appear anywhere.

    Okay, but it still doesn't exist even under this Name. I also played the Canadian first division and won the league for three times in a row, and still never got qualified to any continental club competition.

    I'm able to find this competition when starting a new save file.

    Looking at your save you have a heavily customised database.

    It's possible these changes have removed the competition or given a different name.
