  • Unable to register a player for UEFA Europa Conference League that should be able to be registered

    Description of issue

    Whilst registering my players for the UEFA Europa Conference League R16 I've been unable to register Federico Moran. It has the Non-EU icon next to his name which has prevented me from registering him for Serie A but that shouldn't mean he can't be registered for UEFA competitions. Please help me resolve this.
