    Description of issue

    I just won the Romanian Liga II after 19 league games + 10 play-off games.

    The press officer says its a "Record low number of wins" because it only takes into account the play-off wins, instead of both regular season+playoff phase.

    Its an easy fix, as the number of wins should be calculated either by just the regular season or regular season+playoff.
