Description of issue
The Romanian Cup format seems to be bugged, as the group my team is part of has 6 first league teams(should have been 4). The seeding seems to be wrong. IRL, group stage is formed by having 3 seeding pots: 1st one consists of the teams that finished 1st to 8th place in last year's First League. The second pot is made of the teams that placed 9-16th in the First League. The last pot consists of the teams that have qualified through the playoff rounds. Each group is formed by selecting two teams from each seeding pot. Each team plays a total of 3 matches, facing one team/pot, with weaker pot team hosting the stronger pot team(if the teams are part of the same pot, lower ranking team from last season hosts the game). The first 2 teams from each group qualify to quarter finals.
