When registering players for Barca B in the Primera Federacion, there is conflicting info provided on at what age do EU players need to be registered to participate in the competition. As you can see in the screenshot, at the top left it says the age is 17, but when hovering over the player info there is a U19 icon that tells me U19 players do not need to be registered. Which is it?
