Young player not register

Following the game update, young players under 21 not trained in the country are no longer taken into account 
by the criteria for players in the country under 21 who do not need registration.

Still no news about the change in my day status which is blocking my game?

This issue has been caused by one of your custom database changes.

We're looking to resolve this in our next game update, so you can continue this saves.
