Turkish Cup Rules Error

The reported content is correct. The Turkey Cup selection rule seems to have been entered incorrectly.

There is no such rule in either document. When we checked, even in the matches we remember, there were players over 33 years old. I can share a match as an example. It wasnt a retort to your report.  It was a re-iteration of the issue and that clubs playing in the Turkish cup use the match rules relevant for the league in which they participate.

Yes this change will require a new save file to take effect.
