Description of issue
Tournament rules 5314302 (First Ukrainian league) are incorrect.
After the first stage, the championship is divided into two subgroups with retention of points. In the subgroup for relegation, everything is fine, but in the subgroup for promotion, points are not saved after the first stage of the tournament. The points of all participants become equal to 0. But they must be kept the same as for the participants fighting for relegation.

"Points earned at the first stage will be kept for the second, while teams would only be playing with participants of the group." but the points dont kept in promoution group.
