Hello, if possible could we get a save game from just before the problem occurs.

I have already add my save game by owncloud.

Yes, but we're asking if you have an earlier version of that save file available to send also.

As we've been unable to reproduce this with internal testing.

Hi, in the newly uploaded saves, Colorado is forced to spend their GAM to buy down the cap impact of some platers, which leaves the GAM at 0, so this is not a bug.
