Fm 24 is freeze not responding how to fix

Is this happening with every save? Do you have any custom files installed, such as graphics, logos, kits? If so, would recommend you start by removing them. 

Yes it happened every save when i play on full screen maybe bug or my graphic card problem it happening only with my AMD card idk maybe on my software AMD but when i play with window mode i can finish season without any freeze 

Could we have your dxdiag file, please?

i think it a bug of the game especially AMD series
